We're adding a new item to the catalogue at wildflowertech.com.  We will now be carrying personalized, laser engraved license plates.  There are 3 styles to choose from -- chrome plated stainless steel, polished stainless steel and anodized aluminum.  The chrome plates are shown in the photo and this photo does not display the beautiful reflective finish.  The textured white background is a reflection of the ceiling in the plate and the camera reflection is clearly evident.  The engraving turns out black using a specialized chemical treatment that reacts with the laser.  This example includes a photo engraved image of a dog and shows the clear detail that results. These plates could be engraved and used as mirrors.

The anodized aluminum plates are a light weight black plate with high contrast silver lettering and graphics.  The anodized plates will also work with the photo engraving.  We do not have a demo plate of the polished stainless steel.  These will also have black image and lettering but the surface will not be as highly reflective as the chrome.

I'll be using this blog to give an ongoing report of activity in the studio (currently working on a pet cremation urn) and also to introduce new items.
